This policy explains what personal data Rabbitts Capital collects through www.rabbittscapital.com (corporate site) and ventas.rabbittscapital.com (our project marketplace, where you can create an account, save projects, request quotes and upload documents), what it is used for, and what rights you have over it.
Rabbitts Capital, operating through its companies in Chile (Rabbitts SpA) and the United States (Rabbitts LLC), with commercial presence in Paraguay, the Dominican Republic and the United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data: proyectos@rabbittscapital.com.
We do not request bank details or payment methods through these sites. Reservation payments, where they apply, are made on the payment provider's platform, and we neither see nor store your card details.
We do not ask for your identity document number to browse, request a quote or create your account. If you later move towards a reservation or purchase agreement and the developer requires it, we will ask for it then and explain why.
When you write on WhatsApp or use the assistant on the site, an automated system replies, not a person. We say so at the start of the conversation, and you can ask to speak with an advisor at any time.
To generate those replies, the content of the conversation is processed through a language model provider acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. That provider does not use your conversations to train its models.
The assistant helps orient you and prepare your enquiry; it does not make decisions affecting you on its own. Any commercial, financing or reservation assessment is reviewed by a person.
We recommend not sharing unnecessary information through this channel — card details or passwords in particular. If sensitive information we do not need reaches us, we delete it.
The amount you declare is used solely to prepare relevant advice: to determine which projects match your actual capacity and, in Chile, to estimate mortgage capacity. It is your own declaration, indicative and unverified, and does not constitute a credit assessment.
We do not sell your data, nor share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
As we operate in several countries, your data may be processed outside your country of residence, always under the same confidentiality obligations.
We invest in ads to make our projects known. So that investment is not wasted — and so we do not bother you with advertising you no longer need — we share an encrypted version of your phone number or email with advertising platforms.
Encrypted means your data does not travel. Before sending it we turn it into an irreversible fingerprint: the platform compares it with its own and, if they match, it knows it is you without us handing over your number or your email.
We use it for two things, and neither involves selling your data to anyone:
If you would rather we did not use your data for advertising, write to proyectos@rabbittscapital.com and we will remove you from these lists. You can also adjust your ad preferences on the platform itself.
For as long as a commercial relationship or active interest exists, and afterwards for the period required by applicable legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion earlier.
You may request access to your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, ask us to stop contacting you, and obtain a copy of the data you gave us in a format you can reuse.
Write to proyectos@rabbittscapital.com stating what you need. We will respond within the period set by applicable regulations and, if we cannot meet the request, we will explain why.
If we contact you on WhatsApp, simply asking us to stop is enough. If you have a marketplace account, you may also ask us to delete it entirely.
If you believe we have not responded properly, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country of residence.
This site does not use first-party advertising cookies. We use browser local storage only to remember the language you chose. If third-party measurement tools are enabled, this will be indicated accordingly and you may reject them from your browser.
We apply per-user and per-role access control, encryption in transit and at rest, passwords stored in an encrypted and irreversible form, anti-bot verification on public forms, and logging of who accesses the data.
No system is infallible. If we detect an incident affecting your personal data, we will notify the authority and the people affected in accordance with applicable regulations and within the periods they require.
If we amend this policy, we will update the date shown above.
